Appleinsider reports that AT&T has provisioned the new Wi-Fi Hotspot feature in iOS 4.3 beta 3 for a developer. It has been released for Verizon iPhone 4 running iOS 4.2.6 which enable other users to connect to mobile 3G network.

However, the user has to bear extra charges in order to use this feature. As in the case of Verizon iPhone 4, Verizon charges extra $20 for Wi-Fi Tethering. On the other hand, it is expected that AT&T will also charge users for using this features.
